About Mr David J Murray
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Mr David Murray, is located in the Manchester and Chesire areas and specialises in hand and wrist surgery. His particular areas of interest are minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures, base of thumb arthritis, small joint replacement, trigger finger, carpal tunnel decompression, and Dupuytren's contracture (including injection therapy). Mr Murray is also an honorary senior lecturer at the University of Salford and an Advanced Trauma Life Support instructor.

Recently, Mr Murray has presented his research and delivered lectures on sports injuries at a number of international conferences, including the World Sport Trauma Congress and the FIFA Football Medical Conference.
Mr Murray received his medical degree from the University of Manchester and went on to complete additional surgical training in orthopaedics on the Northwest Orthopaedic rotation. Mr Murray has also completed a hand and wrist fellowship at the world-famous Wrightington Hospital.
