Mr Phillips had a very kind, friendly and caring attitide. He was professional and clearly knowledgeable about my problem. I left my appointment feeling extremely satisfied and happy.
The outpatients department is well run, all staff are kind, courteous and diligent.

As someone who has Autism and ADHD, along with mental health struggles, I was extremely nervous before my appointment. I quickly settled down after the calm and welcoming approach by the reception team. I struggled giving them my details and giving them necessary information, however they were really helpful and patient towards me. They quickly signed me in and provided me help with necessary documentation for my appointment. As I went into the waiting area I, felt calm and confident enough to continue with my appointment. My experience with staff completely exceeded my expectations and I felt really supported. Thankyou !
