Oaklands hospital was a lovely place, with friendly, welcoming staff and a lovely team. No complaints.

Clean and professional, wait time wasn’t too long and covid guidelines were well implemented.

The whole experience from start to finish was very professional.

Very well run during the pandemic. It’s a smooth process including on site Covid testing pre surgery, temperature testing and symptom checking before going through to the correct waiting areas.

After checking in the waiting area had socially distanced seating. What I didn’t particularly like was I had to remove my face covering to be replaced with the standard blue mask. This was handed to me, they weren’t individually wrapped,

Flawless. Temperature screened and assessed without getting out of the car, assisted into hospital and did not even have to touch the button for the floor in the lift. Very reassuring and professional.
