Very helpful staff always. Nothing is too much trouble.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

For my hip replacement I had been to the Highfield five times and every appointment and my admission while having surgery has been nothing but positive. Every member of staff in the different teams. The doctor, nurses and physio team have been fantastic. And everyone else who helped me have been brilliant. my appointments surgery where on time and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. No long delays and every appointment all information given to me was presented and explained in detail.

My recent visit was rather a long wait but happy to be discharged.

As always at Highfield, the staff are very friendly, can’t do enough for you, which makes it a very pleasant experience.

I think myself lucky to be referred to Highfield Hospital. Total professionalism from start to finish. Every member of staff I spoke to was exceptional at their job. The porters were friendly and reassuring, the food was wonderful and the nursing staff were caring and couldn't do enough for me. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if referred again !

My recent visit was to ascertain if an injection in my left knee had worked - it most certainly has and my walking is greatly improved, also alleviating pain that had developed in my hip. With a full knee replacement in my right knee, then the injection in my left knee, I am most certainly back on track!

As expected of a hospital

My stay in the Highfield hospital from first getting there to leaving after having my operation was excellent. All staff were friendly, accommodating to your needs in a friendly professional manner
