About The Highfield Hospital (part of Circle Health Group)
The Highfield Hospital has 47 beds with most rooms offering the privacy and comfort of en-suite facilities and TV. The hospital has four theatres and an Extended Recovery Area.
These facilities combined with the latest in technology and on-site support services, enable our consultants to undertake a wide range of procedures from routine investigations to complex surgery. This specialist expertise is supported by caring and professional medical staff, with dedicated nursing teams and Resident Medical Officers on duty 24 hours a day, providing care within a friendly and comfortable environment.
All our bedrooms are for single occupancy and many offer the comfort of en-suite facilities with a bath or shower. They all have flat screen televisions. There is, of course, immediate access to nursing support via the nurse call system and rooms are supplied with piped oxygen and suction.
Our range of nutritious menus are designed to tempt even the smallest appetite. Should you require a special diet, our Head Chef will be pleased to discuss this with you personally.
Visiting hours are 8am - 8pm. However, we usually ask that visitors try to avoid meal times and leave by 8pm at the latest, in order not to disturb patient recovery.

Reception staff were helpful and clear. When it was pointed out that a drink had been spilled they acted quickly to get the right people to make the area safe.
