Not informed of any delays, just left to keep checking with reception why I hadn’t been seen. No communication and no explanation for delays, shocking considering paying for a private treatment.

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.
