The staff were wonderful made me tea and biscuits and were really friendly. The Doctor was really good new his stuff and explained it well in layman’s terms really impressed by him and the whole outfit.

Excellent throughout. I did not need to wait and was seen promptly. I had gone for a consultation about possible lens replacement to help remove the need for reading glasses. The whole service was brilliant. Robert was simply superb. He was very thorough and at no time did I feel rushed. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and was brilliant throughout. If only all businesses were this courteous the world would be a better place.

As usual Mr Pagliarini was excellent. He is always polite and professional, explaining his findings and providing advice. The reception was a different experience however. You have, from what I can observe, 3 people in reception however when I approached one of the receptionists with a query she said that she didn't work for Edgbaston Eye Consultancy and was on the physiotherapist "side of things" and said that the other receptionist would be back shortly (she wasn't). Telephone calls and discussions amongst the people in reception appeared to be loud and not conducive to a waiting area. May be it would be a good idea to have the receptionists and the waiting room in separate areas with either a combined reception function or clearly defined receptionist roles so you know who you are talking to. It didn't affect my meeting with the consultant however I felt the reception function let down the operation somewhat.
