It was very professional and relaxing, making me feel at ease.

I found all the staff to be efficient and professional in their approach to my eye op. The surgery was event free, and the surgeon and her team made me feel comfortable and at ease with the procedure.

gave all the advice that was needed, kept me calm, I have had eye surgery before at leicester infirmary, the surgeon wasn't friendly at all, he laid down the law as if I was a schoolboy. so this experience was totally different, thank you very much

I don’t know why I worried before hand as this was a pain free procedure carried out by a consummate professional. Ms Jiang could see that I was very nervous and went out of her way to reassure me. I certainly won’t worry about having the other eye done.

From the moment I entered the building, to the moment I left, I was made to feel as if I was the only person that mattered. Extremely friendly and welcoming, couldn’t do enough to make me feel at ease.

I couldn’t thank Ms Li Jiang enough. She was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to me. I have had issues with my eyes for over 2 years and had numerous appointments, eye drops, masks etc. But only Ms Li Jiang actually explained the solution and the reasons why they help. Really happy and would recommend.
