Just had bloods taken this morning. I was greeted warmly by Jihaan at reception. Offered water & swiftly completed paperwork. Shown upstairs to comfy lounge area. Jihaan fetched me at my appointment time & completed blood test with professionalism & warm manner. Almost seemed a shame to leave!
