Olivia Dornan at Priory is amazing! After a history of struggling with my mental health and bad previous experiences with professionals she is the therapist I wish I had long ago and I feel very fortunate to have been her patient now. After suffering a miscarriage I was in a very low place and could not see any light at the end of the tunnel. Olivia supported me throughout, listening and offering both practical and mental tools to slowly help step by step to bring me back to myself. Her guidance to help cope with situations, low episodes and process my challenging emotions & thoughts had a huge positive impact and I now have a toolbox which I can use throughout every aspect of my life to help with multiple situations and metal health challenges in my future. My therapy sessions were always positive and supportive and at no point did I feel judged or that my feelings were not listened to or taken seriously. I was guided through my journey of ups and downs with kindness & understanding and always felt there was so much support there if I needed it any time. Now in a much better place mentally and equipped with a toolbox which I know I will call on throughout my life I will miss my sessions and if I ever felt I needed support again I would not hesitate to reach out to Priory. My experience with Olivia and the Priory has restored my faith in how helpful mental heath support is and how beneficial it is to seek help when you need it rather than suffer through alone. I would highly recommend the Priory and the care they provide, it can make such a huge difference in life.
