I was made to feel very comfortable through the process. Sabbah and Theresa have been very kind and gentle. Made me feel at ease.

I feel the environment is very clean, quiet and calm. Very professional and caring staff. The nurse Teresa and sabbah were both very accommodating and caring. I can’t praise them enough. As for Mr Ng he was warming, knowledgeable and genuinely knows what he’s talking about through his expertise. He was able to speak to us in mandarin which helped immensely for my husband ps surgery. I think this is really valuable, especially for the older Chinese people with a language barrier who can’t speak fluent English. I will definitely recommend Mr Ng to the Chinese community and definitely seek help for their cataracts . My husband’s eyesight is very clear now and he is now more confident in driving. It has changed his life.

Outstanding from the minute you walk in to the reception, to the moment you walk out. The attention to detail is excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The surgeon Mr Ng was really professional, and put me at ease straight away. Marvellous, and i couldn’t rate him any higher. 100 percent recommend without a shadow of doubt. All the patients in the waiting room today was agreeing with each other how amazing it has been with their experience.

I’m very impressed with everything from the staff, surgeon and the surgery itself. My eyesight is brilliant! I’ve had a wonderful and comfortable experience, especially when I’m frightful of operations. This went very well.

The staff were all welcoming and really put me at ease. They delivered a high standard of care. Everything was well organised and flowed well after each appointment. It is a calm environment and I didn’t ever feel rushed. I would highly recommend Mr Ng. From the first moment I met him, I had a very positive impression of him and knew he would be competent and had an approachable rapport. He was very professional, knowledgeable and took ample time to listen. I’ve had a special toric lens implanted as I wanted to be independent and be able to do things. It’s made such a difference already when I was on holiday last week. It’s true my eyesight is brilliant. It’s like a new beginning after years of having lots of different contacts and glasses! Thank very much Mr Ng, your a miracle worker.

It was an excellent experience. The staff are all polite, attractive and all round very good. The surgeon looked all right too! Mr Ng was professional and explained everything to me. 5 stars for him! Im happy I’ve had my cataract surgery just before my 80th birthday. Looking forward to celebrating now.

It was a very nice experience as everyone was so friendly, respectful and professional at Newmedica Birmingham. The surgeon Mr Kolli was very compassionate and the operation went smoothly. Teamwork was clearly evident as everyone worked as a team. I am more than happy. A successful surgery both times to help restore my eyesight. A big thank you.

It’s been a stress free experience. The procedure itself was very quick. Professor Kolli is lovely and all the staff. The tea and biscuits at the end was a nice touch at the end. Thank you to everyone. Absolutely pleased with the outcome.
