Great experience with Professor Kolli. Extremely informative about the treatment and lens choices. My outcome is excellent. The team were so kind and the clinic is spotless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

There’s nothing to worry about as it’s not as bad as you think it will be. I called to get myself seen straight away privately as I didn’t want to be waiting too long. I was very happy with Mr Ng from start to finish. He was very informative with answering my questions and giving the recommendation for my lens. The service felt personal, and the staff were all reassuring and friendly.

A wonderful hospital. Everyone was so, welcoming, kind and helpful. Mr Ng was amazing. All I can say is the result was fantastic. I could see clearly as soon as I came out of the theatres. It was like someone had cleaned the windows of my eye. Im grateful to my surgeon who was able to speak mandarin and could clearly explain everything to me which was very reassuring . I would highly recommend Mr Ng.

I was very happy with the brilliant service i was given. I wish I had this done years ago. I can’t fault anything, the whole process was excellent. I opted to go privately and I’m glad I was referred here as I’m the third person in the family to come to Newmedica Birmingham and we can’t praise it enough. The staff were all wonderful including Teresa and Camilla. My surgeon Mr Ng told me exactly what would happen and made me feel very comfortable and ease. He was professional, attentive and skilled. The whole team went above and beyond. Thank you all.

Everyone was very professional, approachable and thorough. I had a pleasant experience. The surgery went well and feels good. Mr Ng was professional and took time to explain and listen to me.

I was terrified to have surgery but it was all fine in the end, and went super! The surgeon I had was Mr Ng. He was excellent, and I can’t thank him enough. I could amazingly see straight away after surgery. I was living in the dark and now I can focus. Now it’s life changing. The experience was brilliant overall.

All good but would be helpful to be told the treatment would not take place on that day but has to be booked about a month later!
