I feel the environment is very clean, quiet and calm. Very professional and caring staff. The nurse Teresa and sabbah were both very accommodating and caring. I can’t praise them enough. As for Mr Ng he was warming, knowledgeable and genuinely knows what he’s talking about through his expertise. He was able to speak to us in mandarin which helped immensely for my husband ps surgery. I think this is really valuable, especially for the older Chinese people with a language barrier who can’t speak fluent English. I will definitely recommend Mr Ng to the Chinese community and definitely seek help for their cataracts . My husband’s eyesight is very clear now and he is now more confident in driving. It has changed his life.

Outstanding from the minute you walk in to the reception, to the moment you walk out. The attention to detail is excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The surgeon Mr Ng was really professional, and put me at ease straight away. Marvellous, and i couldn’t rate him any higher. 100 percent recommend without a shadow of doubt. All the patients in the waiting room today were agreeing with each other how amazing it has been with their experience.

I’m very impressed with everything from the staff, surgeon and the surgery itself. My eyesight is brilliant! I’ve had a wonderful and comfortable experience, especially when I’m frightful of operations. This went very well.

It’s made such a difference already when I was on holiday last week. It’s true my eyesight is brilliant. It’s like a new beginning after years of having lots of different contacts and glasses! It was an excellent experience. The staff are all polite, attractive and all round very good. The surgeon looked all right too! Mr Ng was professional and explained everything to me. 5 stars for him! I was very pleased to come here as I was made to wait a further 6 months at a different hospital. I got my appointment immediately. I was confident in Aarons expertise .I first met him for my pre op assessment He is a surgeon that gives genuine and professional advice. My vision has improved drastically as Im reading without glasses and driving at night which I couldn’t before. Today’s test showed the outcome to be very successful. The glassed are now thrown away. It’s been absolutely life changing and honestly it’s well worth paying the money I did for my monofocal plus lens. The staff is very friendly and professional. Thank you.

I had a refractive lens exchange surgery with a multi focal galaxy Rayner lens. The end result has been 100 percent excellent. Im now able to see clearly. Exceptional care and operation from MR Ng with no complications. Service from members of class have been first. I would definitely recommend to others.
