I’ve had an exceedingly fantastic experience. I didn't know what to expect and honestly it’s nothing to worry about at all. The communication was excellent. Mr Ng did my consultation, he was knowledgeable and then spoke to me on the phone in regards to my vision prior to surgery too. I have very poor eyesight and it was complex, but he has given me my eyesight back that I didn’t know was possible . I have never had vision this good before in my life since I was 7 years old. I am beyond grateful to Aaron. He is not only a wonderful surgeon but person too. The operation was incredible and took around 10 minutes and then it was done! Im very impressed.

I liked the way that everything was explained to me concisely and clearly. There was minimal waiting time during my appointment. I was getting very uncomfortable with my vision as I work in front of a screen. Therefore i went privately to minimise my wait time. I am very glad both of eyes are now done. I opted for Mr Ng as I trusted him to operate on my eyes due to his excellent reviews, and im so glad I did. He is a very patient doctor, and would answer all my questions in a way that I could understand. He is very skilful and talented. During the procedure he would go through each step which is important to me, and made me experience feel personal. The aftercare was brilliant too, and he is a very supportive surgeon. Excellent outcome and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to everyone for the care I received!

Newmedica is immaculate, the staff were very pleasant and made me feel at ease. It was most definitely a 10/10 experience. Dr Ng guided me through the surgery process, gave me good advice, spending ample time to talk to me and made me feel very comfortable. It was painless and the whole operation went smoothly.

I was recommend to come here by my optician, and also my wife had her cataract surgery done here several years ago. The staff were all friendly and kind. From the surgery side of things, everything went well. Mr Ng was professional, I felt confident in him performing my surgery, it was also pain free.

I would highly recommend Mr Ng and his team. I met him during my assessment and he was very professional, taking his time to explain everything to me clearly. I was put at ease and felt reassured. Everything went better than I thought. My eyesight has improved straight away after coming out of theatres. I actually enjoyed the whole experience and was impressed with the high standard of care that was delivered.

It has been very efficient and everyone was cooperative from the beginning to the end. The staff were more than great. I had exceptional care. It was a privilege to have Mr Ng as my surgeon. I can read right away after surgery which really surprised me as I couldn’t read out of my right eye before unless I had my glasses on. I can even read this clearly and I’ve just come out of my surgery! I’m looking forward to having my life back with clear vision. Thank you to everyone.

I’m very happy with my experience today. The surgeon Mr Ng met with me and explained everything to me prior to surgery. I am already able to see from my operated eye. The place and staff were all lovely.
