Apart from an issue with my lens not being availsble on the day the delay was handled very professionally and a new appointmentfixed within 24 hours. Everyone i came into contact with was brilliant. Mr Jackson was professional and spoke with clarity both before and during the procedure. I appreciated that he checked in a couple of times whilst the procedure was ongoing to make sure I was in pain.

My experience with Mr Jackson was very positive. He had a calm, patient manner and his communication was great, both when explaining my options before surgery and during the procedure. I would very much recommend him as a surgeon to other patients.

Overall the experience was one of genuine understanding and thoughtfulness. Mr Jackson was attentive all the time

The facilities and all staff were excellent

I had my first cataract surgery in May. From the moment I arrived at Newmedica all the staff I saw put me at ease. Everyone was so friendly,reassuring and very efficient. Everything was clearly explained throughout the procedure and I could not fault anything. My sincere thanks to Mr. Nair, Erin, Nisha, Lynn, Claire, Dylon and Becca. I was delighted to be able to go back for my second cataract surgery less than 5 weeks later. This time the surgeon was Mr. Jackson and the team were Erin, Mel, Gautama, Steve, Lynn, Dylon, Devika and Chidera. Again everyone was just as professional, reassuring and efficient as at my first visit and I can’t thank them all enough for the way I was treated. Each time, by the end of the day my eyesight was improving and after a few days I couldn’t believe the difference and no painkillers were needed. Also it was very reassuring to receive a phone call the next day to see how I was. Thank you so much to all the staff I saw during both visits. They really do wonderful work. Thanks again Chris D.

From the receptionist to the discharge nurse Everything went smoothly and efficiently. All members of staff were thoughtful kind and reassuring Mr Jackson introduced himself and was very kind and professional As far as I can tell ( one day later) everything is looking positivev
