Arrived and went to reception where we were greeted in a friendly professional manner. After waiting lass than 5 minutes I was taken upstairs to the pre surgery area where all checks and pre surgery procedures were carried out in a friendly and professional manner. I was then taken to the surgery area and final checks done. The surgery team then took me into the operating room where the surgery was carried out quickly in a quiet professional manner. I was then taken out to the outer area where final instructions were given over a coffee and biscuits. All completed in a comfortable clean area.
Greeted by reception and dealt with efficiently. During my visit I was impressed with the medical staff and their professionism. I would recommend this practice.

Excellent. From reception to medical team administering pre op drops onto Consultant, all give air of calm and confidence. Aftercare is as good.
The staff were very helpful and got my nerves at ease specaly the one who put my eye drops in kept saying its m again he really put m at ease if and wen I need the other on done I will come 2 u
