Was concise in explaining it all to me. I wasn't afraid or worried about asking any questions. Staff were very nice and considerate to my worries.
I had to under go a laser treatment which was painless and took just a minute or two, before that I had an eye test and then had drops in eye again quick and painless
YAG Laser treatment. Reception, the initial review and eye test were fine. The laser treatment was easy and relaxed, taking probably around 30 seconds at most.
was really happy with everything the staff were loverly i couldnr wish for better staff and consaltant made me feel so relaxed
From Opticians to initial consultation was very quick about a week and all the staff at Newmedica were very friendly, the wheels came off after having a couple of appointments cancelled at the last minute extending my waiting time and increasing my stress levels? On the day of my appointment all the staff from receptionist to the final nurse who walked me out were brilliant very friendly and put me at ease, facilities were clean and tidy and drinks offered and machines available all in all very nice place

My visit to Newmedica was easy and pleasant staff were very kind and courtesy and professional and everything was explained to me prior to my treatment all in all a good experience My thanks to all the staff at unit 5 in Worcester
