Excellent care. From booking in to the post surgery cup of tea, it was as good an experience as it ever could have been. The preoperative assessment through to post operative follow up, all good. No worries about coming back for my second visit when that is arranged.

This is an overall view regarding my recent treatment at Newmedica Worcester. I was referred to this units by my medical insurance company. I have had four visits all have been outstanding. The clinic is modern, clean, easy to access with lots of parking and all members of staff are welcoming and friendly. I would particularly like to mention the private patient coordinator Jemma who was particularly helpful, and of course the fantastic surgeon Mr Tarun Sharma David P.

I had my second eye surgery for refractive lens replacement last week with Mr Jackson. The experience was first rate and I am extremely happy with my visual outcome. The whole team are friendly and professional and work well together to provide an efficient and safe service.

I recently had refractive lens exchange (RLE) surgery at Newmedica Worcester with Mr Woodcock and have been extremely pleased with the outcome of my surgery. The whole experience was extremely professional and I felt safe and confident throughout. I can now see without glasses for the first time in 50 years which is truly transformative and everything has settled down quickly with minimum disruption to driving or work. First rate experience and an incredibly professional and friendly team.

I'd put this off for a few years, but went and had it done. The staff were all brilliant, the procedure painless, the coffee acceptable. The clinic is very efficient and the whole thing took less time than I expected.

The treatment by all of the staff, starting with the receptionist was kind and helpful. All of the staff that I then saw were equally as kind and helpful. The most surprising was a young lady that I had seen on a previous occasion, but not involved with me on this occasion, saw me as she passed and said hello and asked me how I was.
