.staff was lovely,I was very nervous,they put me at ease.
Very professional and very kind. Appointment times were not adhered to but staff cannot control emergencies or problems on the motor way. That emergency might be us one day!
Fine except for the fact they were running late and therefore wait time was excessive
Very pleased. Having had to wear very powerful glasses for a long time the process has given me a new lease for my vision
