I was apprehensive about rehab re alcohol dependency after a negative experience in a different clinic 5 years ago....but I needn't have worried as soon as I had my assessments with Colin Jones (therapist) and Dr Fafiolu ( Consultant ) I knew I'd made the right choice .I completed my treatment on 25th March It is such a caring ,compassionate,positive and safe environment and you know that every single member of staff wants the best for you and for you to get better. The staff are all absolutely amazing and that includes Consultant, therapists,Holbrook ward team,housekeeping team and kitchen staff oh and not forgetting the admin & reception teams. It felt like my home for the 28 days and the patients and staff like extended family! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Bristol Priory to anyone that needed help with an addiction .

I had weekly CBT online sessions, which were well organised. My counsellor was also friendly and supportive. If any of the sessions had to be cancelled, I was given plenty of notice. Also, the other staff were also helpful.

I had never been to Bath Clinic before and was greeted kindly and professionally by the reception staff who explained everything perfectly. The building was immaculate, and my appointment was exactly on time. Thank you!
