The Bath Clinic site on entering is old fashioned but also comes across as considerate towards patients and customers. Some waiting areas are makeshift, as in corridors and landings, which is fine if the wait time is short.

There is a friendly welcome on arrival at reception. Clear guidance for where you need to go for your appointment Plenty of comfortable seats as well as tea/ coffee/ water stations dotted around the building. All areas were clean with a pleasant smell- not like standard hospitals Overall a very pleasant hospital to visit where you are made to feel relaxed and cared for
