He was provided with broad training in all aspects of adult psychiatry as well as undertaking a period of full-time research.
Dr Bruce-Jones has a particular interest in mood disorders including Bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders including OCD, PTSD and psychological problems associated with physical illness. He provides comprehensive assessments and treatment; he also works with a range of suitably qualified therapists.

The consultation was conducted in a professional manner with the doctor being clear and concise. I do not feel particularly closer to solving my problems but left with slightly more understanding of what they are. My summary was sent to my GP despite mentioning I was unsure if I wanted this - I will have to trust the doctor’s judgement in that it might be useful in the future. My summary also did not include some of the potential treatments mentioned for the main issue I was experiencing. A brief reminder or a few links would have been very helpful. Thank you.
