Extremely good care at this hospital. The food was excellent too and I felt really cared for.

All staff at BMI were accommodating, friendly, approachable, caring, and provided gold standard patient care. I want to mention Catherine who looked after me through my overnight stay. She provided excellent nursing care, was reassuring, kept my pain well managed, and even made me a hot chocolate in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep. She went above and beyond and should get recognition for this!

I could not fault the level of care I received at the clinic. Everyone was both helpful and friendly.

The clinic ensures your safety by a mandatory covid test prior to treatment, and a temperature test on all visits. I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable with the environment. At all times, procedures were explained in a straightforward manner. As an extra bonus, parking is free.

Overall when my condition was finally diagnosed I was dealt with quickly and efficiently - Mr Von Arx treated me with kindness and empathy and managed to treat me before elective surgery opened up after Covid was made to feel I was in good hands 🙌 due to Chronic on going pain I had to wait for my second operation as I caught Covid so I was seen as soon as I was allowed due to mortality. Highly recommend Mr Von Arx. Thank you
