About Mr Ahmad Aziz
Mr Ahmad Aziz is a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic Surgeon based in London. He is Head of Specialty for Ophthalmology at the Western Eye Hospital, part of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where he also leads the Trust’s work on digital consent to improve patient safety and patient experience.
In his NHS practice, Mr Aziz works as a Consultant Oculoplastic Surgeon, performing complex cataract surgery alongside specialist eyelid surgery, lacrimal (tear duct) procedures, and surgery for thyroid eye disease. He runs dedicated operating lists for complex cases and is a key member of the multidisciplinary teams for thyroid eye disease, skull base conditions, and facial reconstruction, working closely with other specialists to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
Mr Aziz’s areas of expertise include upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, ptosis correction, oculoplastic and eyelid reconstruction surgery, and endonasal lacrimal (tear duct) surgery for watery eyes. He also has a strong interest in small-incision cataract surgery and is known for his meticulous technique and calm, reassuring manner.

Had an amazing experience very understanding very compassionate as a doctor sometimes you can feel very nervous around doctors but he always makes you feel like ease and the process is so easy and relaxing considering I don’t like needles I would highly recommend this Dr to anyone especially with anxiety or not too sure forward with anything to do with injection I would definitely recommend him good eye doctor and always leaves you with reassurance and confident before leaving the hospital.
