Melanie Corbett my Consultant was,as usual,excellent caring and very informative At Western Eye Hospital the staff are very helpful and attentive but there is evidently a challenge working in such an old building lacking investment

Prof Lee has an early evening clinic, is always on time and gives excellent care. However, there are no staff to conduct visual field tests after 4pm, this you have to attend an hour and a half before your consultation. Sometimes it is hard to get access to the 2nd floor as the receptionist leaves at 4.30. It is not conducive to attending for private consultation.

I was able to get an appointment really quickly and over the weekend, which was greatly appreciated.
