Very good experience at the hospital overall.

Organised and well run hospital with friendly, communicative staff. Waiting time was a little long but that is to be expected!

My experience was very positive and reassuring, and I felt very glad that I had attended despite my concern about going. I was very glad there was hand gel available for the public to use, and staff were professional and appropriate in their behaviour.

I was seen in a timely manner considering my emergency. All the necessary equipment and professional advice that was needed was offered resolving my concerns in a satisfactory manner.

Short wait before appointment but unfortunately lift to 4th floor was not working. As my father was unable to walk to the 4th floor an alternative consultation room was found on a lower floor to carry out the appointment. Very pleasant consultant who was very clear and explained everything very well.

Very easy access , friendly staff and no waiting time.

Too much of a long wait time with no updates when asked. But the nurses and doctors were very friendly and accommodating.
