About Miss Pallavi Tyagi
Ms. Pallavi Tyagi is a Consultant Ophthalmic surgeon specialising in cataracts, retinal diseases, and vitreoretinal surgery. She is a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Hillingdon Hospital and honorary consultant at Western Eye Hospital, Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust, London. She is Training Programme Director for Ophthalmologists in training at London Deanery, Health Education England.
Ms. Tyagi completed her Ophthalmology training in Scotland. She holds multiple fellowships in vitreoretinal surgery from Aberdeen, Glasgow and Moorfields Eye Hospital, London. She alson hold European Fellowship degree in Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Ms, Tyagi has a keen interest in the research, education and training of Junior Ophthalmologists. She is faculty for teaching cataract and Vitreoreinal surgery and examiner for Ophthalmologu Resident doctors at the Royal college of Ophthalmologists, London.
She is Chief Investigator for multiple research project on retinal diseases. She has published several research papers and has been an invited speaker and leads courses at many national and international conferences.
