Ms. Pallavi Tyagi is a Consultant Ophthalmic surgeon specialising in cataracts, retinal diseases,, and vitreoretinal surgery. She is a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Hillingdon Hospital and Central Middlesex Hospital, London. She is an honorary consultant at Western Eye Hospital, Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust, London.

Ms. Pallavi completed her Ophthalmology training in Scotland along with a retina fellowship from Aberdeen and Glasgow and was later awarded a prestigious vitreoretinal surgery fellowship from Moorfields Eye Hospital, London. Upon completion of her training, Ms. Tyagi was appointed consultant.

Since her appointment, Ms, Tyagi has shown a keen interest in the research, education, and training of Junior Ophthalmologists. She is a faculty for teaching cataract surgery and examiner at the royal college of Ophthalmologists. She is Chief Investigator on a research project on retinal disease undertaken for the British Ophthalmic Surveillance unit. She has published several research papers and has been an invited speaker at many national and international conferences.
