Mr Javier Moraleda demonstrates a professional, clear, and knowledgeable approach in his patient interactions. He takes time to listen to concerns, provides thorough examinations, and gives clear explanations of complex conditions and treatment plans, including intricate procedures like ear injections, stapedectomy, or resolving BPPV. Patients feel at ease, reassured, and leave with a good understanding of their diagnosis and a path to resolution for common ENT issues like hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, and recurring ear infections.
I had hearing loss. Dr Moraleda diagnosed it and fitted a grommet. After several months it became infected and again he diagnosed it and sorted the infection immediately restoring my hearing. Excellent timeliness and really clear explanations
Mr. Moraleda's explanation of my condition was extremely clear and put me at ease. I feel he gave the exact amount of further follow-up and testing needed to make me feel comfortable with my tinnitus, and how it could progress.
Excellent. Mr Javier Moraleda is very kind and empathetic. He makes you feel like you and your condition are important to him. He has always listened to all my concerns and taken my condition extremely seriously. The consultations are never rushed. He has shown an exceptional level of care and expertise throughout my treatment plan. I couldn't recommend Mr Moraleda highly enough.
Mr Moraleda performed my stapedectomy surgery and was on hand in the after care when I developed acute labyrinthitis, providing reassurance and support in the difficult early stages. He also provided clear explanations of the results of my hearing tests in the clinic.
Very good, gave all the info needed and answered all my questions
My consultation was comprehensive, a supportive plan of action set in motion with useful information sources provided for further understanding. All followed up in a clear, concise letter with links to the information sources mentioned in the consultation. Excellent.
I’ve been having recurring otis externa issues for last 6 months. He took time explaining what’s been happening, and how to manage condition holistically. I appreciate he looks for causes beyond his specialty, and that he cares for patients well being. Seriously, I appreciate all effort he put in making me healthy!
I visited Mr. Moraleda with a blocked ear and nose caused by glue ear, and he was extremely helpful throughout the appointment. He carefully examined my ears, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent care. He prescribed an ear spray along with other products to help with my symptoms. He made me feel at ease as I was feeling anxious as I temporary lost my hearing, however I'm feeling much better now. I’ve had problems with my ears in the past and, without doubt, Mr. Moraleda is the best consultant I’ve seen. I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing similar issues. Thank you again for the excellent care.
I had an appointment with Mr. Moraleda after visiting A&E with severe dizziness and nausea. From the very first consultation, he was incredibly reassuring. With just a few quick and precise observations, he was able to diagnose the issue and immediately provided a clear treatment plan. To determine whether my vestibular issues were viral or related to something else, he first prescribed medication to manage the potential viral load. He then referred me for comprehensive balance testing and specialized vestibular physiotherapy. The medical professionals he referred me to were excellent and conducted thorough checks to see if there was any permanent damage to my ear and to ensure my balance was returning to normal. Mr. Moraleda also performed the necessary maneuvers to ensure the crystals were correctly repositioned. I am very grateful for his expertise and the organized care I received throughout this process. Highly recommended.
I visited Dr Moraleda for a recurring eustachian tube issue that I have never been able to fully resolve. He was recommended to me by another patient. I find doctors appointments difficult/stressful and get easily upset. I explained this to Dr Moraleda and he was very kind and genuinely caring which put me at ease. He clearly explained the likely issue and possible treatments and also requested allergy testing to see if there is an underlying cause. My experience has been extremely positive and even if a surgical procedure is required I feel comfortable knowing this will be with Dr Moraleda.
Mr Moraleda is an excellent surgeon and colleague. He is technically outstanding and consistently thoughtful in his approach to patient care. His surgical skill is matched by his professionalism and ability to inspire confidence in both patients and colleagues. I would highly recommend him.
