I visited Mr Javier Moraleda recently regarding my throat infection and he quickly found the root cause and prescribed me the therapy. Very friendly and very professional.

I had a great experience with Mr Moraleda. He was thoughtful, helpful and explained his findings very clearly and helpfully.

The visit was about right-side hearing loss. Dr. Moraleda gave a detailed and clear description of his first diagnosis, the next tests, and potential treatments. He was very professional and personable.

The explanation were detailed and understandable. Also outlining the next steps and course of recommendation actions was explained in great and concise detail

I cannot recommend Mr Moraleda highly enough. I have seen him on three occasions for ongoing dizziness and vestibular symptoms, and throughout my care he has been exceptionally thorough, kind, and reassuring. From the very beginning, he carried out a comprehensive investigation, arranging hearing tests and an MRI to ensure that all possible causes were explored. He always took the time to explain my diagnosis and the reasons behind my symptoms in a way that was easy to understand, and worked closely with the neurologist, Dr Moreno, to develop a clear treatment and recovery plan. What truly sets Mr Moraleda apart is his empathy. He genuinely understands how distressing vestibular conditions can be and never made me feel that my symptoms were being dismissed. He was always cheerful, approachable, and patient, encouraging me to ask questions and discussing any concerns or suggestions openly. As an international patient living in the UK, it meant a great deal that he was happy to speak with me in Spanish, which made me feel much more comfortable during my appointments. Whenever I experienced a setback or had questions between visits, I could email him and he would reply promptly, providing reassurance and helping me feel supported during a very difficult time. His confidence, expertise, and positive attitude gave me trust in my recovery, and I always left my appointments feeling calmer and more hopeful. I am incredibly grateful for the care he has provided and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone experiencing dizziness or vestibular disorders.

Mr. Moraleda was very thorough considering which is the best treatment(s) for me. I saw him twice for BPPV and an ear infection, and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

I visited Mr Moraleda for an emergency ENT appointment late on a Friday evening as my GP suspected I have sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSHL). His team were so accommodating to fit me in and generally since then his secretary Heather has been so helpful. The appointment itself was great; Mr Moraleda is empathetic, listened to my concerns and medical history and was so reassuring. I genuinely felt that he had my wellbeing as his utmost priority and he would do anything in his power to help me. I did regain my hearing through the treatment prescribed, and he has been equally helpful in my follow-ups to discuss how I can avoid this again. I have seen multiple ENTs in the past and have had one terrible experience so I really wanted to write this review and would really urge anyone with ear problems to see Mr Moraleda. Thank you so much, Mr Moraleda, for your kindness, support and ultimately your expertise during a difficult time.
