Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I particular like that Matthew is completely on top of AI developments and how AI is impacting the developing of hearing technology. I originally felt embarrassed about wearing hearing aids, but a quick question about whether I wear glasses saw that off. I highly recommend Matthew and his team at Harley Street Hearing and my hearing has been transformed as a result of his guidance and recommendations.
It's always a pleasure to attend my appointment with Matthew. His gentle touch in removing the wax from my ears, keeps my hearing in tip top condition, In addition to the check-over of my hearing aids keeping them working perfectly.
My appointment with Matthew was the same as all appointments at Harley Street - Matthew and all the team were welcoming, professional and friendly. Matthew always takes the time to listen and discuss any issues I may have. On this particular visit we have a problem with the fit of my hearing aids. Matthew was sensitive and understanding of the problems I have encountered and nothing was too much trouble. He resolved the issue quickly and my new aids will be arriving soon.
I’ve just had another successful appointment with Matthew; never rushed, and always very reassuring. I have been attending here for many years
