Amy was again excellent in the time l spent with her provided advice and guidance as well future plans to help my symptoms.
Basically I have covered (earlier in this document) the fact that I am impressed with her in-depth knowledge and understanding of her specialism . Thank you Amy. (the word I could not remember must be vertigo !)
Following a telephone consultation lcan confirm that Amy was very reassuring and helpful by listening carefully to my symptoms and providing information on what was happening as well as suggesting new exercises to help me along my current journey to recovery. In addition l feel more confident going forward especially as l can contact her again in a couple of weeks.
Amy was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She provided clear explanations and reassurance whilst cautioning the need to seek urgent assistance should symptoms suddenly intensify.
Clearly knows far more than any HCP I have encountered to date and it’s not just knowledge Amy excels in, it’s actually listening to a patient to get the full picture.
I Found Amy excellent and extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her position. I felt within the initial visit the assessment was very thorough and provided me with a diagnosis; this made me feel reassured especially as l will be provided with a treatment programme to help me with my rehabilitation.
When I first arrived I was unsure of the benefits to be derived from the consultation. But after 2 hours of comprehensive testing and explanation, I was completely reassured that I had made the right decision in coming to Hypatia for investigation and advice.
Lovely lady Efficient and spoke clearly so as my son could understand what was happening
Very good and informative. Really good listener and friendly. Lovely person
I first met Amy during a conference where she was presenting her vital research on differentiating between stroke and vestibular disorders in A&E. Her knowledge of balance and balance disorders is encyclopedic. When I found out she ran a training programme for clinicians who assess balance and vestibular function I sent some of my coworkers and they came back with glowing reviews and hungry to get started. Amy is a model professional and a brilliant person. I can't recommend her enough both as a clinician and a trainer.
