I've seen Falguni Gami for all my appointments and she has been knowledgeable, friendly and able to deal with any issues. After quite a while of struggling with my old hearing aids, she's been brilliant practitioner and I've valued her help and guidance with my new hearing aids, particularly her thorough training on how to use them and her help setting up technological elements such as bluetooth.

I had recommended this clinic to one of my friends who had an ear infection, thanks to Mr Jills Kurian who was there to help, understood their situation and was prompt with rehabilitation. I Highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help with hearing difficulties, tinnitus, wax or any other ear related issues.

I chose to ask for an appointment with Sophia after looking at her website and reading the testimonials and also they she was a face not a company as such. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and communication pre visit was helpful accurate. Sophia was immediately warm and personable , she put me at ease with her professional manner giving excellent instructions and explanations.
