Dr Hendrix was very helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure my son was seen.
The Audiology team who conducted the hearing test were patient and flexible to accommodate my son's needs. The consultant and registrar were both patient eith my son, informative and, again, flexible in terms of next steps. I felt I had my views listened to as a parent.
We had a very good experience with Dr. Hendricks yesterday. He analysed in detail my daughter's medical situation, he was not hurry to make conclusions, furthermore, he recommended first to make some additional tests. He seemed very emphatic and gave us clear and professional answers.
Wonderful doctor, real expert in his field of specialty, dedicated, highly professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

PaediatricianSebastian and I worked together for many years, when he led the Paediatric Audiology and Audiovestibular Medicine sevices under Royal Free London. Our NHS clinics neatly overalapped, and I came to very much rely on Sebastian's especial skills and expertise for complicated hearing and balance issues in children ... and this naturally extended to our private private practices. Despite his esteemed move to GOSH, Sebastian is still my go-to-guy for all such things!
