Excellent knowledge and bedside manner

I saw mr Hannan this week, he was very friendly and managed to painlessly unblock both my ears with micro-suction. I would highly recommend mr Hannan.

I’ve been struggling with rhinitis and other sinus issues for some time when Dr Hannan was recommended to me. We did an initial video consultation and then in-person and I found him to be very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a thorough assessment, explained everything very clearly, and gave me some recommendations to move forward. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Hannan.

We were referred to Dr Alam Hannan, an ENT specialist, by our neurologist for my son’s condition, and the experience has been excellent. He has been incredibly kind, patient, and considerate throughout. He explains everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way, which made a big difference for us as parents. Dr Hannan is very knowledgeable and approachable, and he took the time to personally call and talk us through the situation in detail. He also used a small camera (nasal endoscope) to gently look inside my son’s nose, explaining everything as he went. The procedure was done very professionally and without any discomfort, which really put us at ease. Most importantly, his treatment is already helping, and we’re seeing a noticeable improvement in my son’s condition. We’re very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him to anyone needing an ENT specialist.

His empathy, attentiveness and dedication are exceptional, and it’s evident that he truly cares about his patients. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received.
