Mr Hannan was fantastic. Explained my issue clearly and was clear on procedure and aftercare.

I visited Dr Hannan because I had balance problems. The consultation was pleasant and professional. Dr Hannan took the time to explain to me thoroughly my medical test results. He was extremely attentive to me and my concerns and scheduled a consultation quickly. Dr Hannan put me at ease immediately by explaining in detail the cause of my balance problems and arranging for me a treatment plan should my symptoms come back. I am extremely pleased with the experience and would highly recommend him to anyone with ENT related issues.

I had a really good experience being treated by Dr Hannan in relation to my long term loss of smell and taste senses . The communication with the practice ( 9 Harley Street Clinic ) was excellent , but the doctor himself has been very active in the process of setting appointments etc . This made it obvious that he is very concerned about the whole experience of the patients , not just the direct interaction with him . Although I was a bit skeptical about having our first consultation over the phone , I was very pleased with it . The doctor proved to be a great listener and asked the right questions . I knew is was in good hands . I felt his passion and his excitement at he prospect of helping a new patient to have a better quality of life . During the process he has produced and shared very accurate , detailed , yet easy to understand letters so that I can keep a good record of the process . I have seen Doctor Hannan several times over the last few years, and always find him to be most professional and also courteous.

I had my second consultation with Dr Hannan today, two years after the first. I found him to be exceptional. He found a slot for me at very short notice which i hugely appreciated due to anxiety over an issue. As with last time, he perfectly explained the medical issue to me in layman’s terms giving me the information that I needed to make an important decision, including answering my numerous list of questions! I find Dr Hannan to be an excellent medical professional but also a caring and compassionate human.

Mr Hannan provided me with excellent care. He called me prior to our initial consultation to review my medical history, which he then recalled in detail at our subsequent face to face appointment at his Harley street clinic. Mr Hannan immediately referred me on to receive immediate surgical attention following the results of a scan he carried out, which was crucial to my overall care.
