My daughter had grommet for insertion and adenoid removal. Dr. Alison was amazing, she is kind, caring and very professional. The procedure went seamlessly. My daughter’s hearing is now 100% normal and she experienced no complications or side effects. I am so thankful to Dr. Alison and her team.

We saw Miss Carter alongside Margaret from the infant feeding team this week regarding my newborn son's tongue tie. Ms Carter has an exceptional bedside manner and immediately made us feel at ease and listened to. She was extremely thorough in her assessment, and allowed us time to weigh up the pros and cons of the frenectomy procedure to make an informed decision. We went ahead with the tongue tie release procedure and were given so much support with breastfeeding and latch- we noticed an instant improvement in feeding which is no longer painful for me, and is now effective for my baby. I cannot thank Miss Carter enough for the impact she has made!
