Ms. Elinor Warner is a substantive ENT consultant specialising in Otology and Lateral Skull Base surgery at the Royal London Hospital. She completed her medical training at Oxford Univeristy (MA) and UCL (MBBS) and was awarded 18 undergraduate prizes including 3 "Blues" for tennis.
After medical school, she was awarded a place on the
Academic Foundation Programme at Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospital and worked as a study physician at Quintiles. Core surgical and Higher Surgical Training was in North London where she was awarded further 11 postgraduate prizes and trained across prestigious institutions such as GOSH, UCLH and RNTNE and the Royal London Hospital.
In July 2024-2025 she traveled to Auckland, New Zealand for the TWJ Fellowship in Advanced Otology, Cochlear Implants and Lateral Skull Base in Auckland, New Zealand. She started as a substantive ENT consultant at The Royal London in September 2025.
In addition to her clinical roles, Ms. Warner completed a Postgraduate Degree in Education for Clinical Contexts at Queen Mary University of London (2020–2021), graduating with distinction.

The doctor took the time to explain my progress clearly , answered all of my questions patiently, and ensured that I understood the next steps in my recovery. Their expertise and reassuring manner gave me confidence and peace of mind during a challenging time. I am very thankful for the excellent care provided by the doctor and the entire medical team.Their dedication, kindness and professionalism have made a significant difference in my recovery journey. It is noticeable that she knows her profession very well, however her communication skill should be improved as it would be more appropriate if she explains what she will do before actually doing the actions. Also I felt she should ask the patients’ consent more often before any examination.
