I cannot recommend Mr Grounds highly enough. From the moment I met him, I felt completely reassured that I was in the hands of someone incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. I had been struggling with symptoms for some time without clear answers, and Mr Grounds took the time to really listen, ask the right questions, and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. His expertise and attention to detail led to a clear diagnosis of Ménière’s disease, which was a huge relief after a period of uncertainty. What stood out most was not just his clinical expertise, but his empathy and professionalism. He made me feel comfortable throughout, clearly explained the condition, and talked through the next steps and management options with real clarity and confidence.
