I was coming to the end of a period of online CBT and sleep restriction therapy recommended by my GP which had been ineffective and left me more exhausted than before I started. Dr Bernath diagnosed my problem after just a few minutes, explained clearly the background to my issues and suggested a solution. Whilst the consultation was only 2 days ago and it is too early to comment on the solution the clear explanation of the background to my problem has allowed me to manage my sleep around the condition and the understanding of what is going on has already alleviated much of the anxiety around my sleep.

Dr Gurunathan was very thorough in examination and conducting tests. His experience and knowledge were evident from the start. He actually spent the time to listen to the symptoms and guided me through all the steps to recovery.
