Dr Rebecca was so informative and kind in our meeting, and helped walk me through all of the options available to me! Very glad yo have had my mind set at ease by her.

I have already expressed how impressed I am with Ginny .Not only is she a consummate professional but a very empathetic person as well.I like how she explains things in a way I can fully understand .

Unfortunately the consultation didn't start too well as Dr Karen was almost 20 minutes late for our zoom meeting due to a technical problem with her laptop. I would have appreciated it if that had been resolved in advance of our meeting or at least if I'd received a message during those 20 minutes of waiting to explain the delay. Karen was however very apologetic about this. The consultation was very informative and we covered a lot although I needed to ask her to properly explain everything as I felt quite bombarded with info plus it all seemed quite rushed. I also felt like her manner could have been a little gentler in relation to my age and trying to conceive. I had seen Dr Karen 3 years too and frustratingly she had not commented on something quite major that she now has brought up as a possible issue with my fertility. I would have been grateful if this had been raised 3 years before in my past appointment so I could have done the relevant tests then. I was also promised the follow up letter from this consultation the day after our meeting (Friday) or the beginning of the following week. However, it did not arrive even a week later and I have had to chase this up. Generally an ok experience but not fully satisfied.
