Paula & all of the team today was amazing from start to finish. Soon arrival we was giving our bed and the team was amazing and explaining what will happen. When Paula arrived she explained everything very clearly about the procedure and before leaving she come round and given clear instructions on aftercare. We are very impressed
I would like to say thank you to Miss Paula Coyle and the Nurses who were on duty, my son felt at ease and said, "Every one is so friendly" and that means a lot to me!
Thank you for doing surgery on our daughter today, thankful it was successful and went smoothly. So so happy with the outcome and hopefully she will be sleeping and eating better. Thank you for reassuring us as parents that our little was ok during and after the procedure, couldn’t thank you enough for your help today, you did amazing.
We were seen promptly. Staff were very caring and each time they visited they'd explain what will happen or what theyre/will be doing. Very professional and reasuring
The most amazing surgeon. She’s so polite and explains everything thoroughly. It was very heart warming to know that my daughter was in safe hands. The experience was 10/10.
She was really amazing, straightforward, clear, concise and very kind
I rated 3 because the hospital over booked patients which meant my son had to wait over 4 hours before his operation in the waitong area. They should have communicated this with me the day before so we could have come later. But the care before and after by the nurses I was very happy. The surgeon was very informatitive and made my child very comfortable.
My 5 year old daughter had day surgery to have her adenoids removed, I dearly thank all the nurses, the surgeon, the anesthetist team and the recovery nurses each and every individual was brilliant and cared for my daughter with the upmost professionalism and made her feel very comfortable, she did not feel scared at all
