An exceptional consultant – knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely caring I cannot recommend Miss Paula Coyle highly enough. She was absolutely wonderful throughout my four-year-old daughter’s surgical care, and I am incredibly grateful for the time, kindness and attention she gave us. As a parent, having your young child undergo surgery can be worrying, particularly when you’re trying to understand the different procedures being recommended and make the right decisions for them. I went into the day feeling quite anxious and still had some unanswered questions about the proposed treatment. From the moment we met Miss Coyle, she was warm, approachable and incredibly reassuring. She listened patiently to all my concerns, explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, and made me feel genuinely involved in the decisions about my daughter’s care. At no point did I feel rushed or that my questions were an inconvenience, despite knowing how busy surgical lists can be. What impressed me most was her clinical knowledge, experience and willingness to carefully consider what was most appropriate for my daughter. She took the time to review the proposed procedures, explain her clinical reasoning and discuss the different options, including whether certain interventions were necessary. We also discussed grommets and the follow-up plan, which gave me a much clearer understanding of what to expect. One thing I particularly appreciated was that, following our initial conversation, she actually went back to find and review my daughter’s previous NHS audiology letter before proceeding ...

We cannot thank Dr Coyle and the entire team enough for the exceptional care they provided to my daughter Dr Coyle demonstrated not only an outstanding level of knowledge and surgical expertise, but also genuinely exceptional bedside manner she took the time to listen to our concerns, answer every question patiently, and explain everything clearly and compassionately. We never felt rushed or like just another patient. Every aspect of the procedure was explained to us in a way that we could understand, including what to expect before, during, and after surgery. Knowing exactly what was going to happen gave me tremendous reassurance during what could otherwise have been a very stressful experience. What also impressed was the continued care and communication after the the procedure Dr Coyle and team continued to make sure my daughter was recovering well and that we understood each stage of her healing. I felt that her wellbeing was the absolute priority. As a parent, placing your child in someone else’s hands is never easy, but Dr Coyle gave us confidence and reassurance from start to finish Their professionalism, compassion, patience, and dedication are truly exceptional WI am incredibly grateful for everything Dr Coyle has done for my daughter and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any family looking for a highly skilled surgeon who combines outstanding medical expertise with genuine kindness and compassion

I can’t thank Dr Coyle enough for the wonderful care she gave to my 5-year-old son during his tonsillectomy. From the very first moment we met her, she was warm, caring, reassuring and genuinely wonderful with him. She has such a lovely way with children — her smile and calm manner immediately put him at ease. He felt so comfortable with her that he actually went into theatre with a smile, which meant the world to us as parents. After the surgery, Dr Coyle took the time to come and speak with us personally. She explained how the surgery had gone, what we could expect during the recovery period, what signs to look out for, and what we could do to make things as comfortable as possible for our little one. Her clear explanations and reassurance gave us so much confidence going into the recovery. We are now on day 6, and I’m so pleased to say that he is recovering incredibly well. Seeing him bounce back so quickly has been such a relief, and we are extremely grateful for the care and expertise he received. Dr Coyle is not only an excellent ENT surgeon, but someone who clearly has a special gift for working with children. It truly feels like working with young patients is her calling. Her kindness, professionalism and ability to make a child feel safe are truly special. We feel very lucky to have had her looking after our son and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for an ENT surgeon for their child. It was a very satisfactory appointment with a very informed information step by step, very happy with the service from nurses to surgoens

I went to have my child's adenoids removed and dr Paula very nicely explained the whole procedure that my son will be having and also explained the after effects. She was really reassuring and loved the way she made me comfortable for my child's surgery. As my child is austistic. Best experience I had with my son. Thank you paula. Keep up your hard work
