Never had an ear wax removal before. Funny enough the way I come across this business was through a very persuasive Reddit comment. The comment persuaded me to book myself at this company to try out as apparently it’s god sent. I had absolutely no idea what to expect or what was gonna happen. I arrived and met Dr. Dayna and she was nothing but respectful, polite also informative. She first asks about background questions regarding any symptoms and clearly tells you what’s going to happen. She was amazing.. was telling me what she was doing, asking if I’m okay when starting the removal or stopping. She gave me advice on what to buy for treating ear wax also. This is a proper definition of a hard working, professional Dr. Thank you for treating me Dr Dayna, I shall be back in six months for an update.

I was as usual very impressed by Dayna’s visit to examine and treat my blocked up ears. She took great care over the examination and treatment and it was conducted with great professionalism by her. It wasn’t rushed but she did it as quickly as possible and without hurting my ears. I will certainly ask her to examine and treat my ears the next time it is necessary.
