I had pain and muffled hearing for 6 months and booked online for the next week. Audiologist Kechi Oribabor offered a free ear examination and was so thorough. After the first check she fitted me in for further tests the same day. She examined me carefully with different equipment and explained that my hearing loss is sensorineural and appears permanent. I'm glad I found out early to prevent further damage. She even let me try a future hearing aid which erased my fear about wearing one. Very professional and kind. Highly recommend.

I met Kechi for the first time today after i called her about wax removal. Kechi suggested I come see her straight away as I may have needed urgent steroids, all dependent on the results of the wax removal. I was in her practice within 10 mins. Kechi was very empathic for my concern of losing hearing in my one remaining ear and she knew this wax removal session was a deciding factor on which way my life goes. I was so delighted that during the gentle and pain-free procedure, I gradually started to hear Kechi's voice. And the gratitude i felt when I was able to say "I can hear" was amazing. It was easy to book with Sonant Hearing Clinic, with an appointment available at short notice and very reasonable pricing. I had a comprehensive Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) assessment, which helped confirm and provide clarity around a number of concerns I had. Kechi was professional, thorough and explained everything clearly throughout. A really positive experience. I’m looking forward to starting my APD therapy and feel very optimistic about the next steps.

Kechi is very thorough, professional & understanding. My personal experience .. I am 67 years of age; this was the first time I had been tested & fitted with hearing aids.
