I am completely satisfied with my annual check-up. Joyce took time to record and listen to my concerns about my hearing and the hearing aids. After microsuction and the hearing test she adjusted the settings and I am delighted to say that the sound quality is very much improved.
It was perfect - I was seen on time and my issue was addressed. I just need to wait and see if that was the cause of the problem I was having with the hearing aids.

The visit went well as usual but, as an elderly man, I struggled with the stairs in the absence of the lift.
But for the lack of a coffee machine at 127 all was very satisfactory.
