Although I’d received an email telling me the time and place of my appointment it somehow hadn’t made it onto your computer system so there was no record of it when I arrived. Apart from that all excellent, friendly staff and I was still seen in advance of the scheduled time.
Really good experience, the staff were very good at calming my nerves about the whole process.
Reception very friendly and welcoming, and audiologist very professional, clear explanations, patient and understanding.
