Excellent service from start to finish. The audiologist was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for and would highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing care.

Everyone I intersected with including the receptionist and my audiologist were excellent and very helpful.
My appointment was 16:30, I arrived 16:35 at the reception. I filled a form and was asked to go to 3rd floor. I went and sat there till 16:40, I called to let them know I was waiting, I was told to go to the 2nd floor. I went there and waited till 16:45 and I called again a second time to let them know I was waiting, they said they will see me soon.. At 16:50 a lady came and asked me to follow her downstairs on the 1st floor. At 16:52 the Audiologist called me in, introduced himself as George and did the test. He was professional. The experience with the admin staff was very poor.
