I was attended by Simone for the vestibular tests at Harling Street Hearing. She was very attentive, patient and caring. Her explanations were great and she made me feel comfortsble through the process. Great healthcare professional and great clinic
Simone carried out a series of complex tests over three hours without a break that were extremely taxing but her cheerful manner kept the mood upbeat and her professionalism inspired total confidence.
She was very professional, confident, respectful and understanding. It's not easy to run the last test as audiologist and it's not pleasant as a patient either. She showed empathy and offered help and support without rushing. Thanks Simone! My only suggestion is adding a window to a nearby room or hall so patients can get fresh air quicker.
