Dr Ghura is very reassuring. It’s an anxious time having another biopsy after previous MOHs surgery. The procedures are fully explained at each stage.

Dr did not measure my facial mark, or any photos etc which left me concerned about how we will accurately track progress or otherwise? I accepted the recommendation to use face cream but I was looking for a more significant intervention given this is a reoccurrence of a long standing issue.

Dr Gopi was very thorough & took the time to listen & understand my concerns for my daughter & also explained all the steps in her care plan & the context to this, so I could better understand the process. He was very clear, informative and reassuring and therefore I am confident my daughter my daughter is receiving the best care.
