I was really impressed with Prof Homer. He really listened to what my issue was and explored every possible route in detail to find the cause. He explained the results of his assessment in great detail and gave great at home advice alongside future next steps. What I felt was most important for me is that I felt listened to by Prof Homer and didn't feel like I was being rushed like I have in the past with some medical practitioners. Dr Sharma was fantastic throughout the entire process. He provided very clear and concise explanations of what would happen during our stay which made us feel a lot more comfortable. He was also brilliant when it came to interacting with our young son and made him feel at ease at a time when he was naturally a little nervous. Professor Simon Lloyd was a pleasure to deal with. I was referred as he was known to be the expert in the required field and operation that was required. He was extremely friendly, professional and reassuring - also took all the necessary time to explain in detail my problems, how they would be repaired and how I would recover post operation.
