Professor Vikas Malik is a professional, knowledgeable, reassuring, and friendly specialist, with clear explanations for procedures like septoplasty, tonsillectomy, and perforated eardrum repair. Patients feel comfortable and informed from their initial consultation through to aftercare, leading to successful outcomes for various ear, nose, and throat treatments, including nasal polyps and hearing issues. Mr Malik has been brilliant. He has regularly provided my consultations and surgery to help my hearing. It’s honestly been the best quality treatment I’ve had.
Dr Malik made me feel comfortable from the very first consultation. His knowledge and professionalism are apparent and I’m really happy I was looked after by Dr Malik. Even the hospital staff speak very highly of Dr Malik. It was always a pleasure to see him. I also wasn’t to mention Jayne, Dr Maliks secretary. She was also incredible and did a lot of extra work for me as my USA company needed extra work doing that Jayne would usually not have to deal with. They make a great pair. Although I’m not fully healed yet, I feel confident that that should any problems arise, I could be in touch and they would be right there to help. Thank you Dr Malik and Jayne. You were both outstanding.
Professor Malik has supported me with two procedures over the last 6 months: a tonsillectomy and a septoplasty. Through the 6 months I have really appreciated Prof. Malik's expertise and care. He's ensured every detail was explored before the procedures, and was transparent about the risks and benefits each procedure has. And, during my recovery, he volunteered to see me at short notice to support the dedicated outpatient team in assessing my progress. Thank you!
I can’t recommend Professor Vikas Malik highly enough. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout my appointment. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. An outstanding consultant who genuinely cares about his patients.
He is a doctor sent by God. He is incredibly professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to his work. He treats every patient with great care, kindness, and respect. I am deeply grateful to him for everything he has done for me. Thank you for your outstanding care and support. You are an amazing doctor.
Can't thank Mr Malik and the rest of the team enough for what they have done to help me with my nasal polyps. Everything from the consultation to the treatment/procedure and aftercare has been excellent. I'm very satisfied that I can breathe through both nostrils now. Thank you again. Lindsay
From the minute I met Professor Malik, I cannot say how kinds, caring and compassionate he was. He explained everything in so much detail, and reassured me on the day of the procedure and after. I would recommend him to anyone.
I first consulted Professor Vikas Malik in 2024 following frequent ear infections. After experiencing further discomfort and infections into 2025, I saw him again to discuss surgery to repair my perforated eardrum. Following thorough scans, hearing tests, and assessments, we booked the operation for December 2025. Throughout the entire process, my experience with Professor Malik has been overwhelmingly positive. He truly listened to my concerns and even saw me at short notice when my ear felt unusual, addressing any issues promptly. After three unsuccessful repair attempts through the NHS 15–20 years ago, I am absolutely thrilled that my ear is now fully healed, with a fantastic 10-decibel improvement in my hearing. I cannot thank Professor Malik enough for resolving this long-standing condition. Being able to go swimming and finally get my ear wet after all these years is beyond amazing.
I recently had a septoplasty procedure performed by Dr Malik and have been extremely impressed throughout the entire experience. From the initial consultation through to surgery and aftercare, Dr Malik was professional, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. He explained everything properly, answered questions honestly, and made me feel comfortable and informed at every stage. The procedure itself went smoothly and my recovery has been progressing really well. Even during the more uncomfortable recovery stages, I felt confident I had been given clear guidance and excellent care. I would highly recommend Dr Malik to anyone considering septoplasty or ENT treatment. Excellent surgeon and a genuinely positive experience overall.
"Professor provides a gold standard of care. Beyond his obvious surgical skill, his communication skills are excellent. He takes the time to ensure you feel heard and supported, building a level of rapport that is hard to find. His reassuring nature and clear expertise gave me total peace of mind. A truly fantastic experience from start to finish."
