I recently had an appointment with Bupa under the care of Professor Simon Lloyd, and I was impressed with the overall experience. Professor Lloyd took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and carried out a very comprehensive set of examinations, including referring my to a balance clinic who also carried out a very comprehensive set of examinations. His approach was both reassuring and informative and ultimately put my mind at ease. I finished my treatment feeling much more reassured about my health. Overall, I would highly recommend Bupa and Professor Simon Lloyd.

Professor Lloyd is a perfect gentleman who made me feel at ease and explained everything so clearly. He organised for an MRI Scan and thankfully the scan was clear. I was recommended to go to see him and am I pleased I did. Such a professional person who sat and listened patiently about my ear problem. There should be more like him in this country. Also his Secretary was lovely too. Very compassionate and efficient she couldn’t do enough for you. Finally, the Staff at the MRI Scanning Department from the Receptionist to the Radiographers were so professional and made my appointment more relaxing than I was expecting.
