We had a consultation with Mr Carr regarding my 2-year-old daughter, and I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the care we received. He took the time to properly listen to us, understand my daughters history and symptoms, and genuinely seemed to care about helping her. He explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy for us to understand, including what he felt was happening, what the next steps should be, and how and why the proposed treatment could help her. We left the appointment feeling listened to, reassured and, most importantly, like we finally had a clear plan moving forward. It was so refreshing to have a consultant who took the time to really understand our daughter’s individual situation rather than making us feel rushed or dismissed. He was incredibly thorough, approachable and compassionate throughout, and we genuinely felt that he wanted to help my daughter get the treatment and support she needs. I would highly recommend Mr Carr to any parent looking for a paediatric ENT consultant. We are extremely grateful for the time, care and understanding he showed us.

I took my three year old daughter to see Mr Carr about re occurring tonsillitis. He was very professional, listened to everything I had to say and was very engaging and patient. I am very pleased with the outcome and feel that after the surgery option that was discussed, her quality of life will have much improved.
