Everyone was friendly and helpful. It would have been helpful to know which bit of the car park related to where the appointment was. The hospital was too hot, some people are affected by the heat including me and I was grateful that the consultants room was cooler.

Use this hospital before and still exceptional care

Mostly very good. Wait times could be slightly better, but all the staff I encountered there were friendly and helpful.

Excellent, day of surgery, on time kept informed. Visits afterwards all kept to time, building clean and tidy. Only problem parking.
