Prof. Lloyd was extremely clear and provided good explanations about what the problem was and what the options were. I had plenty of time to think about how I wanted to proceed and did not feel under any pressure to make a decision before I was ready. He was also very patient in answering many questions.

He was excellent at what he does and he fixed me in the first appointment .Amazing result .

From my first consultation Mr Ranganathan explained the surgery and the outcomes clearly. I was very distressed about what had to be done, but throughout the consultation and the two operations I had Mr Ranganathan was so reassuring. All my concerns were addressed and I am happy with the outcome.
