My first visit to dr Lacey, he spent loads of time with me and definitely make me feel at ease and trusting. I wanted one thing but he didn’t do it straight away actually advised that another treatment would work better! Felt zero pressure to do anything. And liked the fact that I have the option of I want a bit of a top up in next week I can come back. No upselling which was refreshing. Office is also fab
