My experience over the last few months has been really very good .I found Gavin to be very professional, but also very understanding of my capabilities. I have improved immensely and cannot believe the difference in my mobility. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gavin for all his hard work and understanding he is a wonderful young man
Grade 2 tear of my calf back in May and seen Gavin who has got me back playing and legs are feeling stronger than before the injury even happened. Very good rehab program and had me fully confident in the calf when I did return to play. A complete turnaround from being unable to walk when I first seen him to being back and feeling better than I ever have on the pitch also.
Found Gavin very good and had me back in action in no time
Personalised professional friendly service. Highly recommended.
Very happy,Gavin was my physio and made the world of difference to my ankle, even after the first round of exercises.I would highly recommend and am really glad I went to PMC.
I experienced great care and attention to my personal situation. I have been attending PMC for many years from time to time and fully recommend them.
Very well cared for and looked after at all of my appointments, talked through everything and helped me make great progress.
Excellent visit as always with Paul. His expertise is fantastic and the exercise programme he designed for me is helping alot, enabling me to remain injury free and play my best hurling for both club and county.
Working with Gavin Smith was so easy and comfortable. I have noticed such a big difference in the weeks I've been attending. Provided me with great advice to continue strengthening my hips and knees. Couldn't recommend more
