Julia Hayes is a highly experienced physiotherapist at PMC Physiotherapy, bringing over 22 years of clinical expertise to the team. She specialises in women’s health, with a particular focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation for women who are postpartum or perimenopausal. Julia is passionate about helping women restore confidence, strength, and function through all stages of life, using evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs.

Julia’s professional background includes extensive experience in leading maternity hospitals such as Cork University Maternity Hospital and The Coombe Hospital, where she provided specialist care to women with a broad range of antenatal, postnatal, and pelvic health conditions. Her dedication to patient-centred care and her ability to combine compassion with clinical precision have earned her a strong reputation within the field.
