Ms Lee Chambers

Ms Lee Chambers is a Chartered Physiotherapist with specialising in vestibular rehabilitation and Physiotherapy. She graduated with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin (UCD) in 2007 and went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at UCD in 2014, enhancing her expertise in the assessment and management of complex musculoskeletal conditions.

Lee has worked in private practice across New Zealand and Ireland, treating a broad range of patients from elite athletes to those with chronic pain and postural issues. Apart from vestibular issues,  her clinical interests include spinal, shoulder, and lower limb injuries, as well as balance and dizziness disorders. She is specially trained in vestibular rehabilitation, providing evidence-based treatment for patients experiencing vertigo, dizziness, and balance dysfunction.

Alongside her clinical work, Lee is a qualified Pilates instructor, having begun her training in New Zealand with Dance Medicine Australia before further developing her skills with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. She teaches dynamic, inclusive classes suitable for all ability levels, integrating movement control and strength training principles.

A passionate long-distance runner and member of Donore Harriers Athletic Club, Lee’s postgraduate research at UCD focused on strategies to enhance running speed in both recreational and elite athletes.
