Mr David Greene

Mr David Greene is an experienced physiotherapist currently practicing at PMC Physiotherapy and Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown. He graduated with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, in 2012. Over his career, David has built a diverse portfolio across elite sport, orthopaedics, and rehabilitation, developing a deep expertise in injury prevention, recovery, and exercise prescription.

At Connolly Hospital, David serves as a Clinical SpecialistPhysiotherapist in Orthopaedics, where he provides post-operative and post-fracture rehabilitation and injection services, guiding patients through safe and effective recovery. He also leads the hospital’s return-to-work rehabilitation programme for HSE and TUSLA staff in north Dublin. His clinical approach integrates hands-on therapy with evidence-based exercise strategies to optimise long-term outcomes.

In sports physiotherapy, David has worked with Paralympics Ireland cyclists, and has supported teams such as Bohemians U19s and the Kiltale GAA Senior Hurling Team, applying his knowledge of high-performance sport to enhance athlete resilience and performance.

Earlier in his career, David gained extensive NHS experience in major London teaching hospitals, including The Royal Free and St George’s. Outside of work, he is an active sportsman, playing Gaelic football for St Brigid’s GAA and training for long-distance running and cycling events.
