After a week in hospital, I couldn’t sleep at home—Jayne gave me great techniques that really worked.
Jayne offers a very supportive empathetic therapeutic approach, founded in deep theoretical knowledge. Jayne has been amazing in helping me understand my responses to the world around me and to be more compassionate towards myself. She not only gives you space to share and reflect on your feelings, but provides education that helps you move forward. Our sessions have transformed many aspects of my life.
Have been seeing Jayne for over 4 years, having first started sessions with her following sexual trauma. She has helped me to talk through many different situations and stressors in my life over the years, and thought me essential skills such as mindfulness and CBT. I am a completely different person to who I was 4 years ago, and find that the skills and techniques Jayne has thought me have truly changed the way I manage my anxiety and stress.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m so glad you found our work together helpful.
I sought out help when some difficult life experiences came to the fore. Jayne’s understanding, boundless knowledge and gentle guidance left me feeling heard and equipped to live my best life again. My therapeutic experience with Jayne has been transformative. I recommend her practice without hesitation.

Thank you for your kind review - I really appreciate you sharing your experience and I’m so glad that you found our work together helpful.
I have been seeing Jayne for approximately one year now. From the beginning I found her very easy to talk to and honestly felt that she really listened and understood me. Jayne has a broad knowledge of various different things and follows up sessions with notes. She has helped me with ongoing problems and does not at all push me if I don’t feel comfortable with a certain topic. I would highly recommend her.
Jayne has been absolutely brilliant and has helped me navigate some trauma recovery and an ADHD diagnosis. Her supportive nature and her ability to challenge me has been instrumental to me getting back to life!
Jayne is very helpful, she writes notes and forwards you them after every visit so that you don’t have to remember what was said. she follows up after sessions and gives u helpful work to do between each session
Jayne is truly the best therapist I have been to. She’s open, accommodating, very knowledgeable and she really tailors the sessions to what I need as an individual (most other therapists I’ve been to had discussed things in a broader more general sense). My life has improved immensely since I began seeing her.
Jayne goes above and beyond for her clients. She has helped me to understand my mind and how it works and tailors sessions to suit my needs! She brings a warm welcoming presence to sessions and really listens and wants the best for her clients
I havent been with jayne in a while but she is always very friendly and compassionate
